1. Who We Are

Relay is operated by Pryor Digital Ventures LLC, a Michigan limited liability company based in Portage, Michigan. Our service is available at portal-relay.com. In this policy, "we," "us" and "Relay" mean Pryor Digital Ventures LLC. Questions: support@portal-relay.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what's needed to run the service:

• Account information: Your name, email address, and business name when you sign up.
• Job data: Customer names, phone numbers, addresses, and job descriptions you enter when submitting jobs.
• Payment information: Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Document templates: Files you upload are stored securely and used only to generate your documents.
• Usage data: Basic information about how you use the app to help us improve it. No third-party analytics tools.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate your account and provide the Relay service
• To generate invoices, documents, and work orders on your behalf
• To send automated text messages to your customers as directed by your job submissions
• To process your subscription payments via Stripe
• To respond to your support requests
• To send you product updates and account notifications (you can opt out anytime)

4. Text Message Communications

Messages to you. If you check the optional SMS consent box at signup, we text you about your own account: job confirmations, invoice and quote notifications, and account alerts. Typically 5–20 messages per month, depending on how many jobs you submit. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. We use your mobile number to identify jobs you text in and to send you these messages — nothing else.

Messages to your customers. Relay sends SMS to your customers on your behalf. By submitting a job with a customer's phone number, you confirm that customer has consented to receive business texts, and Relay requires you to record how that consent was obtained before it will send anything. Customers can reply STOP to any message to opt out. We do not use customer phone numbers for any other purpose.

We never share phone numbers. No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with our SMS provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering the messages described above.

5. What We Do NOT Do

• We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
• We do not share your data with advertisers or marketing platforms.
• We do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics.
• We do not collect your Social Security number, government ID, or sensitive financial information.

6. Third-Party Services

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe Privacy Policy

• Firebase (Google) — authentication and database. Firebase Privacy Policy
• Zoho / QuickBooks — accounting integrations, only if you connect them voluntarily.

7. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud) with encryption at rest and in transit. We use HTTPS-only access and secure API key management. If you become aware of a security issue, contact us immediately at support@portal-relay.com.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, your data is kept for 90 days then permanently deleted. To request immediate deletion, email support@portal-relay.com with the subject line "Delete My Account."

9. Your Rights

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time

10. Changes

If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
